BLT DEVILED EGGS

Course: Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 thick-cut bacon slices, cut into 1½-inch pieces
  • ¼ cup diced tomato, salted to taste
  • 1 romaine lettuce leaf, julienned

Method
 

  1. Fry the bacon till crisp and drain on paper towels. Top each egg with bacon, followed by diced tomato, and then lettuce.
