Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2-¾ ounces Jim Beam (or bourbon of your choice)
  • juice from one lemon (about 2 ounces)
  • 2-½ tbsp honey
  • pinch cayenne
  • water to taste (start with 2 tablespoons)
  • lemon wheel for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine all the ingredients but the lemon wheel in a pan and bring just to a simmer. Pour into a heated mug, and garnish with the lemon wheel
